There are no requirements for a significant system engineering effort to minimize the complexity of the TCb at the B2 rating.

PROJECTED IMPACT:

Negligible impact anticipated.

SUPPORT:

Although minimization is an excellent idea and will reduce any restructuring effort workload on the vendor, there are no mandates to perform this effort until the B3 rating.
