ISSUE:

Neither Part 1 nor Part 3 indicates application notes may appear in security targets.

STATEMENT

The following interprets the entire ASE class, as they are affected by the Part 1 definition of Security Targets:

Application Notes are permitted in Security Targets.

RECOMMENDED CRITERIA CHANGES

TBD, although these should be similar to how application notes are included into Protection Profiles, and should incorporate the results to I-0364.
