ISSUE:

The problem is that the guidance focuses on the interfaces, and not on the full representation of the TSF.

STATEMENT

The following interprets the CEM guidance regarding ADV_FSP; in particular, work unit x:ADV_FSP.*-6 and the accompanying guidance.

Evaluation of the adequacy of the functional specification should take into consideration the full representation of the TSF, not solely the interfaces.
