ISSUE:

There are many terms used exclusively in Part 2 (for example, sort, order, maintenance mode, access control policy, information flow policy, etc.) These terms need a clear definition.

STATEMENT

A glossary should be added to Part 2 define these terms, analagous to the glossary in Part 3.

RECOMMENDED CRITERIA CHANGES

Add a new subclause 2.3
