Labgram #41/Valgram #63 - Subject: Vendor Attendance at Validator Oversight Reviews (VORs)

CCEVS strongly discourages the attendance of vendors at VORs. VORs are intended to be frank and open technical discussions between CCTL evaluators and CCEVS validators which could be hampered or unduly influenced by vendor attendance. CCEVS shall consider, on a case-by-case basis, exceptions to this policy. Vendor requests for an exception must be submitted in writing with appropriate justification through the corresponding CCTL to CCEVS.
