Validators and CCTLs,

Our current schedule is to publish MDF PP v3 in the first quarter of 2016.  We have received numerous comments on the latest draft of the PP.  In order to give due consideration to all feedback, we are carefully reviewing each comment and if needed, we will update the draft MDF PP prior to publication.  If updates are made to the PP that warrant another TC review, the draft will be redistributed for a final community review prior to publication.
