Validators and CCTLs,
NIAP would like to inform you of new requirements when submitting Technical Rapid Response Team (TRRT) questions. On all TRRT requests, please include whether or not the question pertains to a product in evaluation or pre-evaluation by including the VID(s) and cPP(s), PP(s), or EP(s) the product is being evaluated against. If the question relates to a product in evaluation, also include the progress of the evaluation in terms of the progress point(s) and the estimated evaluation completion date. If it is a general question, note that the question does not pertain to a particular product and it is a general inquiry.
Please remember that it is expected that there be a level of review prior to question submission to the TRRT. That is, all other avenues should be exhausted prior to a question being submitted (e.g., discussion with validators assigned to an evaluation). In addition, NIAP encourages submitters to propose a resolution with the issue being submitted.
