Issue Description
The requirements for trusted updates in the VVoIP EP and App PP contradict each other. On a mobile device, the VVoIP is an application and the trusted updates requirement (FPT_TUD_EXT.1.4) in App PP should be followed when the App PP is the Base-PP. Resolution
