Issue Description
The NIT has issued a technical decision for OCSP and Authority Information Access extension Resolution
It is not mandatory for an NDcPP conformant TOE to be able to process AIA extension when claiming "OCSP as specified in RFC 6960" as per FIA_X509_EXT.1/Rev selection, because RFC 6960 sections 3.1 and 4.2.2.2 allow manual configuration of the accessLocation of the OCSP provider and OCSP signing authority, respectively.
