There is a discrepancy in the Biometrics cPP Module posted on the NIAP website and that which is hosted in the iTC’s github page.

MOD_CPP_BIO_V1.1 is updated as follows, with yellow highlight indicating additions:

FIA_MBE_EXT.1.1

The TSF shall provide a mechanism to enrol an authenticated user to the biometric system.

FPT_PBT_EXT.1.1

The TSF shall protect the biometric template [selection: using a PIN as an additional factor, using a password as an additional factor, [assignment: other circumstances]].

The Biometrics cPP-Module was reissued shortly after release to add minor clarifications to two SFRs, but kept the same version number. NIAP did not update the corresponding documents on its website and introduced a discrepancy.
