The Network Interpretations Team (NIT) has issued a technical decision regarding third party libraries and FCS_CKM.1 (specifically FIPS 186-4 compliance)  in the NDcPP v1.0 and FW cPP v1.0.

To align with the NIT interpretation #17, NIAP supports the interpretation written below.  For further information, please see the NIT interpretation at:

Making the compliance to the requirements of FIPS 186-4 mandatory has been a deliberate decision. The requirement needs to be fulfilled to be able to claim NDcPP compliance.
