In order to meet the FPT_TUD_EXT.1.2 requirement in the App PP v1.1, it is acceptable to allow for the distribution of Windows Application Software via a .EXE file that has been properly signed using the Microsoft Authenticode process.

Page 27, under FPT_TUD_EXT.1.2 Assurance Activity has been updated “For Windows” to read:

For Windows: The evaluator shall ensure that the application is packaged in the Standard Windows Installer (MSI) format, the Windows App Store package (APPX) format, or the Windows Application Software (.EXE) format signed using the Microsoft Authenticode process.
